Oakland City

Oakland is located in the state of California, USA and is considered as a major West Coast port city. It is also known as the busiest port for San Francisco Bay and the entire Northern California. Airport Parking

Premier Parking: This is the most convenient and closest terminal parking available. Located in front of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, it accommodated premier customers who also gain access to terminal security checkpoint and premier security lane. Free water, newspaper and outgoing fax service are also available.

Hourly Parking: Situated off Airport Drive and fronting Terminals 1 and 2, hourly parking services are suitable for overnight or short term parking.

Daily Parking: Located of Airport Drive, daily parking services are suitable for extended-stay parking.

Economy Parking: Most of the spaces can be reached on foot from the terminals. This parking area is located near Terminal 1, off John Glenn Drive. This service offers the best value for extended-stay and close-in parking.

Park & Call: With a park & call service, drivers are required to stay in their vehicles at all times so they can park for free  for 30 minutes in the waiting area. This space is located near the Oakland Maintenance Center, off John Glenn Drive.

Ground Transportation

Rental Car Center: There are Rental Car Shuttle buses that go every 10 minutes from the terminals to the Rental Car Center. These buses, however, operate on-demand from 1:30 am to 4:30 am.

Limos, Shuttles and Taxis: Many transportation companies offer services to passengers going to and coming from OAK. Prior reservations, however, are necessary.

BART: AirBART operates between the BART Airport Station and OAK every 10 minutes until midnight. Shuttle buses stop once for ever terminal each time.

AC Transit: AC Transit is the 3rd largest public bus system in California. Line 73 connects OAK with the BART station, while Line 805 offers late-night services connecting OAK with the downtown Oakland and BART station.
